Comprehensive Diagnostic & Evaluation Services
Formal and informal evaluation of individuals based on psychosocial, biosocial, and cognitive measures.
Individual, Family & Couples Therapy
Identification of an individual or group’s problems by examination of experiences or issues. Treatment utilizes a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach to help enhance and achieve wellness.
Group Therapy
Therapy that brings together a group of people experiencing similar things to realize they are not alone. These services are customized to meet the immediate and emergent needs of the group/community.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Comprehensive service inclusive of up to 9 hours of weekly group, individual and family treatment to help promote behavioral stability and emotional health.
Comprehensive Child & Family Treatment (CCFT)
Highly Intensive, time-limited, goal-specific services designed to provide stabilization and deter out-of-home placements for children & youth.
Case Management/HealthLink Care Coordination
Community based support that focuses on preventative care, chronic illness management and collaboration with external healthcare providers and other community partners through our care coordination model.
Continuous Treatment Team (CTT)
CTT is recognized as one of the most intensive programs to assist chronically mentally ill adults, children, juvenile offenders and adolescents.
Medication Management & Evaluation
Program to find the optimal level of medication to aid those in the recovery process.
