Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)
TF-CBT is a therapeutic intervention designed to help children, adolescents, and their parents overcome the impact of traumatic events. For example, it is designed to help with traumas related to sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence, and community violence, an unexpected death of a loved one, natural disasters and war.
The focus of treatment is to:
- Assist the child or adolescent to develop coping strategies for traumatic stress reactions.
- Reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, or acting out behavior which are common in children exposed to trauma.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children with behavioral problems.
PCIT is conducted in two treatment phases:
- Phase one focuses on establishing warmth in your relationship with your child through learning and applying skills proven to help children feel calm, secure in their relationships with their parents, and good about themselves.
- Phase two of treatment will equip you to manage the most challenging of your child's behaviors while remaining confident, calm, and consistent in your approach to discipline. In this phase, you will learn proven strategies to help your child accept your limits, comply with your directions, respect house rules, and demonstrate appropriate behavior in public.

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors. While the intervention is based on years of attachment, sensory processing, and neuroscience research, the heartbeat of TBRI® is connection.

Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication with particular attention to the language of change. It is designed to strengthen personal motivation for and commitment to a specific goal by eliciting and exploring the person’s own reasons for change within an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion.
Key qualities include:
- MI is a guiding style of communication, that sits between following (good listening) and directing (giving information and advice).
- MI is designed to empower people to change by drawing out their own meaning, importance and capacity for change.
- MI is based on a respectful and curious way of being with people that facilitates the natural process of change and honors client autonomy.

Together Facing the Challenge (TFTC)
Together Facing the Challenge (TFTC) is trauma-informed, evidence-based training and coaching model for caregivers & agency staff.
Beginning with the importance of relationship building, TFTC helps caregivers utilize interventions to help shape new behaviors while supporting youth on their healing journey. Based on research as well as real-world practice, TFTC teaches positive parenting skills while focusing on issues of individual identity, transition to adulthood, family communication, and self-care.

Measurement-Based Care
We know that regular evaluation and effective collaboration are critical to each client’s journey to healing. To deliver better outcomes, Omni utilizes measurement-based care, a clinical process that uses standardized, valid, repeated measurements to track a client's progress over time and to inform treatment, utilizing a shared client-provider treatment-planning and treatment decision-making process.
