Payments are collected before or at the time of service.

Omni offices are closed on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Taking the first step to seek help is a courageous step and we want you to know what to expect. A diagnostic interview is completed initially with a therapist. This gives us a good picture of what has led you to seek mental health support. We will also take time to understand your medical and mental health history. Our goal is to get the information needed to set you up with the appropriate services that will lead you to a successful future. This session usually lasts about an hour and can be completed in our office or via telehealth.
