What is AFS?
Adaptive Family Services (AFS) is a community based program designed to support the behavioral health needs of youth and families in their own environments. We focus on early intervention, prevention, treatment, and recovery for young people facing behavioral health challenges. By providing services in familiar community settings, we aim to make care more accessible and promote hope and healing.
AFS collaborates with youth and their families to offer flexible, personalized services. Each family receives evidence-based support from a Licensed Therapist and a Family Support Specialist, with crisis support available 24/7.
