Jane Wintz, ​LISW

President & CEO
Omni Family of Servies

Jane Wintz, CEO of Omni Family of Services, has spent her entire career in the child welfare industry working to improve outcomes for youth and families.

Prior to joining the Omni Family in 2017 as Omni Visions’ President & CEO, she served in numerous roles at Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY) including Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. (Omni Visions is now known as Omni Family of Services.)

A leader with over 25 years of non-profit experience, Jane has worked in 15 States where she has implemented Treatment Foster Care, Family Preservation, Residential and Congregate Care, and Education service delivery models.

Prior to her time with SAFY, Jane worked with Pressley Ridge for over 12 years in Cincinnati, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a Board member for Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in social work from St. Louis University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati.

Chris Moynihan, LCSW

President, Behavioral Health
Omni Family of Services

Chris Moynihan serves as President of Behavioral Health for Omni Family of Services.

In his previous role as a licensed clinical social worker and chief clinical officer for Omni Visions, Chris provided broad leadership and clinical oversight of the therapeutic services for children and families served by the organization. In this role, Chris emphasized an attachment-based approach to treatment that identifies and mitigates the impact of complex trauma and neglect. (Omni Visions is now known as Omni Family of Services.)

Previously, Chris spent twelve years providing therapeutic services in a special education setting for children with social-emotional and behavioral issues. As the clinical director for Genesis Learning Centers, Chris incorporated trauma informed practices into the special day school setting. Chris has also maintained a small private counseling practice and has prior experience with residential and crisis services.

Chris received a Master of Social Work from The University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Southern Maine.

Nichole Young

President, Child Welfare
Omni Family of Services

A 27-year Omni Family of Services veteran, Nichole Young serves as President of Child Welfare. She held the same position (under the title President & Chief Executive) when the organization was known as Omni Visions. Prior to that she served as Omni’s Chief Operations Officer.

Nichole began her Omni career as a Resource Coordinator at our Knoxville office and subsequently served as a Team Leader, Regional Director, State Director, and Executive Director. With her deep organizational roots and experience, Nichole intimately understands the nuances of our business, what makes Omni unique, and is committed to ensuring a quality trauma-competent model of care is delivered to the children and families we serve.

Prior to Omni Family of Services, Nichole worked with Minnesota Outward Bound, the University of TN and the University of Louisville Athletic Departments as well as Overlook Mental Health Center in Knoxville. She has a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Leadership and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and a Master of Science in Recreational Administration and Child and Family Studies from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Dorothyanna Coffey

Chief Administrative Officer
Omni Family of Services

Dorothyanna Coffey brings nearly two decades of social service experience to her position as Chief Administrative Officer for Omni Family of Services (formerly Omni Visions). She is responsible for managing a variety of special projects in quality assurance, department operations, recruitment, and organizational metrics.

Dorothyanna joined the Omni Family team in 2013 as System Administrator at Omni Visions before serving as Director of System Administration and later as Interim Regional Director. She most recently served as Project Manager with OmniCare Institute managing a variety of projects across the Omni Family of Services organization.

Prior to joining Omni, Dorothyanna served in programmatic roles with Open Arms Care, Tennessee Alliance for Children and Families, Monroe Harding and The Villages in Evansville, Indiana.

Dorothyanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Southern Indiana and Master in Public Service Management from Cumberland University.

Jennifer Wigal

Chief Marketing
Communications Officer
Omni Family of Services

Jennifer Wigal is Chief Marketing Communications Officer for Omni Family of Services. She serves as the organization’s lead on integrated marketing and communication efforts. Jennifer provides strategic assessment, development, execution, and analysis of marketing and communication initiatives required to effectively promote and convey the Omni Family of Services’ brand, services, and value to both employees and external audience.

In her previous role as Director of Marketing & Communications for OmniCare Institute, Jennifer led the Omni Family's integrated marketing and public relations initiatives including advertising, marketing communications, brand management, internal communications, sales and business development support, marketing technology, and event management. She joined the organization in March 2015.

Jennifer brings more than 22 years of marketing communications experience with particular focus in the nonprofit, behavioral health, and human resource industry sectors. Wigal started her career at Corrections Corporation of America and has mostly recently served as Director, Marketing & Communications at Mental Health Cooperative and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and APR accreditation from Public Relations Society of America.

She currently serves as an executive committee member for the ESOP Association of the New South Chapter and previously served as Public Relations Chair for the Public Relations Society of America Nashville Chapter Board of Directors and as Chair of the United Ways of Tennessee Marketing Committee.

Gwen Koenig

Chief Growth Officer
Omni Family of Services

Gwen Koenig has over 25 years of clinical and administrative social work experience and serves as our Chief Growth Officer. She held the same position for Omni’s parent company 3LS (under the title Director of Quality Assurance) when the organization was known as Omni Visions.

She has developed new business for Human Services organizations in Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, South Carolina, Nevada, North Carolina, Colorado and Alabama. Gwen works collaboratively with state and executive leadership to leverage existing resources and identify new opportunities to further the agency’s mission. Gwen has served on the FFTA Board of Directors, as the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities 2018 National Conference Co-Chair and has presented both nationally and internationally, including speaking on the topic of Treatment Foster Care in South Africa.

Gwen possesses a Masters in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and currently is an adjunct instructor with Colorado State University where she teaches a master’s level Social Work Administration course. She is passionate about furthering the management skills of social workers to be future leaders of Human Services Organizations. Prior to working at Omni, Gwen held Executive Director and State Director positions for multi-state, nonprofit organizations.

Mindy Kiser

President & Executive Director
Omni Family Institute

Mindy Kiser leads the Omni Family Institute as President and Executive Director, bringing more than twenty years’ experience working within the child welfare sector to the position. The Institute delivers evidence-based models and training to Omni Family of Services staff, as well as to the foster families with whom we work.

Mindy has a deep passion for helping vulnerable children and families and has dedicated her career to advocating for trauma-informed practices that address the complex needs of the foster care population and promote healing and resilience.

Most recently, she was National Director of Performance and Quality Assurance with The Bair Foundation, as well as a trainer and consultant for Together Facing the Challenge (TFTC), the training curriculum that anchors the Omni Family Institute’s mission. Based on intensive research as well as "real-world" practice, TFTC teaches positive parenting skills as well as focusing on issues of individual identity, transition to adulthood, and family communication and self-care.

Mindy has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University.

Chief Technology Officer
Omni Family of Services

Travis Chance serves as Chief Technology Officer for Omni Family of Services. He possesses a passion for training and helping employees get more from the technology they use and was most recently Director of Information Technology for the OmniCare Institute team. He has been with Omni since September 2020.

Prior to Omni, Travis was Associate Director of Information Security at Vanderbilt University where he established security practices to protect the university’s data, developed and implemented strategic plans to improve security, and aligned departmental goals with the university’s mission and standards.

He brings 20 years of technical experience and 10 years of experience managing complex environments in health care, music business and higher education. His prior experience includes roles with Community Health Systems, American HomePatient, Grassroots Promotions, and Ellucian.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies/Computer Network Technology from Belmont University and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Lipscomb University.

Treshia Meneese

Chief of Quality Assurance & Compliance

Omni Family of Services

Treshia Meneese brings nearly three decades of social service experience to her new position as Omni Chief of Quality Assurance & Compliance for Omni Family of Services. She most recently served as Director of Quality Assurance for Omni.

Treshia joined Omni Visions in 2006 as a Team Leader in the Middle Tennessee region and subsequently moved to our home office team to serve as Quality Assurance Coordinator before receiving a promotion to Quality Assurance Manager in 2017.

Additionally, Treshia brings a wealth of case management, program management and accreditation/reaccreditation experience to her leadership role. Prior to Omni, Treshia worked at the Middle Tennessee Office of the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the Domestic Violence Intervention Center and the Young Women’s Christian Association.

Treshia holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and theater arts from Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Argosy University.
